How often can I reserve a museum pass?
To ensure fair access to the greatest number of patrons, you can reserve a maximum of eight museum passes of any type every 30 days. You may not reserve the same museum more than twice in a 30-day period. Passes can be reserved up to 90 days in advance.

How do I cancel my reservation?
Print-on-Demand passes may not be canceled if they have already been printed or viewed.
You may cancel your museum pass reservation through the link provided in any/every email message sent regarding your reservation. The link should be located at the bottom of each email
“NEED TO CANCEL? If you are unable to use your selected pass on the day that you reserved it, letting the library know will enable someone else to use this pass. To cancel this reservation, please use this link:”
